Where do you source your apparel?
When it comes to product sourcing, we want to give you the best bang for your buck while sticking to our values: the fair treatment of employees and the environment. Our apparel comes from a company that truly aligns with us. They are known for their quality (and comfy) materials, inclusivity in sizing, and stance against sweatshops/unfair labor. Everything is made in the U.S. (Los Angeles, CA, to be exact). They also have a commitment to taking care of the environment by recycling almost everything they use, limiting water usage in the dyeing process, and using solar power as well as other energy saving tools to reduce their CO2 emissions. Where do you print your apparel?
We love to support local companies, so printing at one was a no-brainer for us. We searched high and low for a printing company that aligned well with our message, just as we did with our apparel sourcing. Lucky for us, we found TWO companies that we absolutely fell in love with!
When we found Rebel Ink Printing, we knew it was a match made in heaven. They are a St. Paul printing shop that offers both printing and embroidery. And the cherry on top is how friendly everyone at the shop is!

Why are your items priced the way they are?
There are a few reasons why we price our apparel they way we do. The first reason is that we don’t skip out on quality - you deserve the best of the best, so we made sure to find clothing that is comfortable and is going to last. The second reason is that we source our items through an ethical company that pays employees fair wages and focuses on sustainability. The third reason is that we, at Cabin Crew, also focus on sustainability. This means that all of our packaging is recyclable, and some of the packaging components are made from recycled materials. The fourth reason is that we are a small company. We are three women who handle all of the ins and outs of Cabin Crew. And last but not least, the fifth reason is that we donate 10% of our profits to rotating environmental causes. So essentially, when you purchase from Cabin Crew, your money is going towards the fair treatment of employees who made your apparel item(s) and towards the sustainability of the earth, as well as supporting a small, women-owned business.
What happens if an item is sold out?
If you see something you like and it is sold out, don’t worry! We will likely be restocking it very soon! We are a small company that puts a lot of love into our products. You can always check for restock updates on our social media pages (linked at the bottom of this page).
